Rivercity Gas Invoice Terms

Payment:   Accounts payable Fourteen days from date of invoice.

Interest at 18% will be added to accounts that are not paid by the due date.
This Claim is made under the Construction Contracts Act 2003.
Payment of  invoice confirms acceptance of the Terms & Conditions

Overdue accounts will be sent to our Debt Collection Agency if unpaid after three months.

Any costs incurred due to this process are payable by the customer.

Ownership: Risk in any goods supplied by Rivercity Gas to the Customer shall pass when the goods are delivered to the Customer.

Goods shall be inspected immediately by the Customer at the point of delivery and in the event of any goods being damage or lost in transit then it the Customer’s responsibility to notify Rivercity Gas forthwith.

Ownership of the goods supplied shall remain vested in Rivercity Gas until paid for in full. If payment by Customer is overdue Rivercity Gas may recover any or all of the goods and the Customer irrevocably authorises Rivercity Gas to enter the Customer’s premises for that purpose.

Liability:

Rivercity Gas shall not be responsible for any damage whatsoever caused in the event that the products are installed or operated incorrectly, or if such products are in any way adapted for a use for which they are not intended.

Regular Appliance Servicing

Annual Servicing to all gas appliances is recommended by all appliance suppliers, the New Zealand Government Energy Safety Department and the NZ Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board.

Appliances serviced annually are safer, work more efficiently and therefore cut your gas supply costs plus ensure a longer life span for your appliance. (Not unlike regular car servicing & maintenance).

Rivercity Gas include all our customers on our annual service database.
